After the firm-adhered silicon-steel core was dried,it will be carefully assembled with the low voltage and high voltage winding coil so that the top yoke of core will be assembled corresponding with the legs of core and never damage or bruise the coil at all.Hereto, a wedge and a clamp are applied to support and hold the coil onto the core – prior to install a tap changer and other components .Then the transformer will undergo vacuum/ drying process.

To increase our transformer quality,Thai Trafo has provided 3 sets of oven for transformer active part drying process : an oven for specific transformer repair,an oven for mass production of small transformers,and an oven for large transformers which also function for vacuum/drying and oil filling as well.Thus the whole humidity and air bubbles will be dispersed away under such vacuum condition of oil filling, which assure our transformer quality.
